Q. Airport Passportはどのようなアプリですか？

A. 空港を訪れた日のスタンプと写真を、1冊のパスポートのように残す旅行記録アプリです。同じ空港を再訪した記録も、日付ごとに積み重ねられます。

Q. 無料で使える旅地域とは何ですか？

A. 新規ユーザーは9つの旅地域から1地域を選び、その地域で新しい空港訪問を無料で記録できます。選択していない地域も、空港の検索、地図、詳細の閲覧はできます。

Q. 以前から使っているユーザーの無料地域はどうなりますか？

A. 日本向けの旧バージョンから更新した既存ユーザーには、東アジアが無料地域として設定されます。すでに登録した訪問、写真、スタンプは、地域に関係なく引き続き閲覧・編集できます。

Q. 無料地域を変更できますか？

A. 初回に確定した無料地域は通常の設定画面から変更できません。世界9地域すべてで新しい訪問を記録する場合は、買い切りProをご利用ください。誤操作など特別な事情がある場合はサポートへお問い合わせください。

Q. 空港にいないと使えませんか？

A. いいえ。過去の写真から訪問候補を探したり、空港詳細から手動で訪問を追加したりできます。現在地によるチェックインは、空港付近でスタンプを押すための機能です。

Q. 空港が見つかりません。

A. 空港名、都市名、IATAの3レターコード、または羽田・セントレアなどの別名で検索してください。本アプリはIATAコードがあり、定期便のある空港を中心に収録しています。対象外または新設・変更直後の空港は表示されない場合があります。

Q. 位置情報はどのように使われますか？

A. 現在地から近くの空港を判定し、チェックインできるかを確認するために使います。正確な緯度・経度を運営者のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。

Q. 過去の写真から訪問を見つけられません。

A. 写真に撮影日時と位置情報が含まれている必要があります。位置情報がない写真、位置情報を削除した写真、写真ライブラリへのアクセスを許可していない場合は候補になりません。候補にならない訪問は、空港詳細から手動で追加できます。

Q. 写真はどこに保存されますか？

A. 写真そのものは写真ライブラリに残ります。本アプリは写真を運営者のサーバーへ保存せず、写真ライブラリ内の写真を参照する識別子を訪問記録に保存します。元の写真を削除すると、本アプリ内で表示・共有できなくなる場合があります。

Q. 機種変更後に写真が表示されません。

A. 訪問記録はiCloud同期の対象ですが、写真の参照先は端末の写真ライブラリです。同じApple AccountでiCloud写真を利用し、元の写真が新しい端末に存在することを確認してください。

Q. Proでは何が使えますか？

A. 世界9地域すべてで新しい訪問を記録でき、広告も表示されません。共有する写真・訪問の選択や動画の表示時間変更を含む現在の共有機能は、無料版でもすべて利用できます。Proは定期購入ではなく、買い切りの非消耗型App内課金です。価格はApp Storeの表示をご確認ください。

Q. すでにProを購入しています。再購入が必要ですか？

A. 必要ありません。既存のPro購入者は同じPro機能を引き続き利用できます。反映されない場合は「購入を復元」をお試しください。

Q. 購入を復元するにはどうすればよいですか？

A. 「設定・データの出典」ページのPro欄で「購入を復元」を選んでください。購入時と同じApple AccountでApp Storeにサインインしている必要があります。

Q. 訪問済みの空港だけを探せますか？

A. はい。「スタンプコレクション」から訪問済み空港の一覧を開けます。索引の地図では「訪問済みのみ」を選ぶと、訪問した空港だけに絞り込めます。

Q. 共有する写真や動画の速さを変えられますか？

A. はい。VISIT STORYでは共有する写真を、AIRPORT MEMORYとJOURNEY MAPでは共有する訪問と写真を選べます。対応する動画では、1枚または1訪問あたりの表示時間も選べます。これらの共有設定は無料版でも利用できます。

Q. JOURNEY MAPとは何ですか？

A. 訪れた空港を時系列に並べ、Apple Maps上の移動、旅の写真、訪問スタンプを1本の縦動画にまとめる機能です。「全期間」「今年」「今月」から期間を選べます。地図画像の取得には通信が必要で、訪問数や通信状態によって生成時間が変わります。

What is Airport Passport?

Airport Passport is a travel journal that turns each airport visit into a stamp, photo memory, and visit count. Returning to the same airport adds another dated visit instead of replacing the first one.

What is the free travel region?

New users choose one of nine travel regions in which new airport visits can be recorded for free. Airports in other regions remain available to search, browse on the map, and preview.

What happens if I used the original Japan version?

Users upgrading from the original Japan release receive East Asia as their free region. Existing visits, photos, and stamps remain viewable and editable regardless of region.

Can I change my free region?

The free region cannot normally be changed after you confirm it during initial setup. The one-time Pro purchase unlocks new visit records in all nine regions. Contact support if the wrong region was confirmed because of an exceptional issue.

Do I need to be at an airport?

No. You can find previous trips from photo metadata or add a visit manually from an airport page. Location-based check-in is only for stamping a visit while near an airport.

I cannot find an airport.

Search by airport name, city, three-letter IATA code, or a familiar alias. The catalog focuses on airports with an IATA code and scheduled service. Some unsupported, newly opened, or recently renamed airports may not appear yet.

How is my location used?

Your current location is used on your device to find a nearby airport and determine whether check-in is available. Precise coordinates are not sent to or stored on the Developer’s server.

Why was no airport suggested from my photo?

The photo must contain both a capture date and location metadata. A photo without location data, a photo whose location was removed, or a photo that the App is not permitted to access cannot produce a suggestion. You can add the visit manually instead.

Where are my photos stored?

Original photos stay in your photo library. The App stores an identifier that refers to the photo and does not copy it to the Developer’s server. If you delete the original photo, it may no longer appear in the App or generated content.

Why are photos missing after changing iPhones?

Visit records can sync through iCloud, but their photos still refer to your photo library. Confirm that iCloud Photos is enabled with the same Apple Account and that the original photos exist on the new device.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro unlocks new visit records in all nine travel regions and removes ads. All current sharing features—including photo and visit selection and video pacing controls—are available in the free version. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase—not a subscription. See the App Store purchase screen for the current price.

I already purchased Pro. Do I need to buy it again?

No. Existing Pro customers keep the same entitlement. If Pro is not active, use Restore Purchases.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open “04 NOTES & INFORMATION” and select “Restore Purchases” in the Pro section. You must be signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Can I find only the airports I have visited?

Yes. Open the visited-airport collection from Stamp Collection, or enable “Visited Only” on the airport-index map.

Can I choose which photos to share or change video pacing?

Yes. VISIT STORY lets you choose photos, while AIRPORT MEMORY and JOURNEY MAP let you choose visits and photos. Supported videos also let you select the display time per photo or visit. These sharing controls are available in the free version.

What is JOURNEY MAP?

JOURNEY MAP creates a vertical video that moves chronologically between visited airports on Apple Maps, then shows trip photos and visit stamps. You can choose All Time, This Year, or This Month. An internet connection is required to retrieve map imagery, and generation time varies with visit count and network conditions.

Troubleshooting

Check location and photo-library permissions in iOS Settings.
Update the App and iOS.
Quit and reopen the App.
For iCloud sync, confirm that each device uses the same Apple Account.
For purchase issues, check the App Store sign-in and use Restore Purchases.

If the problem continues, include your iPhone model, iOS version, App version, time of the issue, steps, and any displayed message. Do not include unnecessary personal information such as tickets, booking numbers, faces, or your current location.
