アプリ名：Airport Passport – 空港スタンプラリー（以下「本アプリ」）

提供者：Kawaki Keima（以下「運営者」）

第1条（総則）

本規約は、運営者が提供する本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとします。

第2条（規約の変更）

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第3条（未成年者の利用）

未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

第4条（本アプリの機能）

本アプリは、世界の空港への訪問、スタンプ、写真、旅行名およびメモ等を記録し、共有画像・動画を作成する機能を提供します。JOURNEY MAPではApple MapKitの地図画像を利用し、訪問した空港、写真、スタンプを時系列でたどる動画を生成します。現在地によるチェックインは、端末の位置情報から空港付近にいることを判定する補助機能であり、航空券、搭乗、入出国その他の事実を証明するものではありません。

空港名、位置、国・地域分類、定期便その他の空港情報は公開データ等をもとに提供しますが、完全性、最新性または正確性を保証しません。

第5条（無料地域と既存記録）

新規ユーザーは、9つの旅地域から1地域を選び、その地域で新しい訪問を無料で記録できます。既存の日本向けバージョンから更新したユーザーには、東アジアが無料地域として設定されます。

無料地域以外の空港も閲覧・検索できます。無料地域の設定にかかわらず、アップデート前を含む既存の訪問、写真およびスタンプは引き続き閲覧・編集できます。無料地域の選択方法や対象地域は、機能改善またはデータ更新により変更される場合があります。

第6条（位置情報・写真の利用）

ユーザーは、本アプリに位置情報および写真ライブラリへのアクセスを許可するかを、自らの判断で選択します。過去写真の候補提案や共有機能の結果は、写真の撮影日時・位置情報、端末の状態その他の条件により異なる場合があります。

ユーザーは、本アプリに登録・共有する写真、メモその他のデータについて必要な権利を有し、第三者の権利、プライバシーまたは法令を侵害しないものとします。

第7条（ユーザーの責任）

ユーザーは、自ら入力、登録、選択または共有するデータおよび本アプリを利用して行う判断について責任を負います。共有先、公開範囲および保存先はユーザー自身の責任で選択してください。

第8条（禁止事項）

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 本アプリ、運営者または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの不具合を意図的に悪用する行為
• 不正な目的で本アプリを利用する行為

第9条（料金・App内課金）

本アプリには無料機能と、任意の買い切りProがあります。Proは定期購入ではなく、非消耗型のApp内課金です。

Proでは、世界9地域すべてで新しい訪問を記録でき、広告が表示されなくなります。写真・訪問の選択、動画の表示時間変更を含む現在の共有機能は、無料版でも制限なく利用できます。

提供内容、価格、通貨、販売地域その他の購入条件は、App Storeおよび本アプリ内の表示を正とします。購入、支払い、購入の復元および返金はAppleのApp Storeの規約と手続に従います。購入済みのProは、購入時と同じApple Accountを利用して本アプリ内から復元できます。

既存のPro購入者は、将来価格や販売条件が変更された場合も買い切りの利用権を維持し、同じPro機能を再購入する必要はありません。

第10条（広告）

無料版ではGoogle AdMob等の第三者サービスを利用して広告を表示する場合があります。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。Proを利用中のユーザーには本アプリ内の広告を表示しません。

第11条（知的財産権）

本アプリに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、文章、画像その他のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが登録した写真、メモその他のデータの権利は、ユーザーまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。

第12条（データの保存・同期）

訪問記録およびパスポート情報は端末内に保存され、iCloudを利用可能にしている場合はAppleのCloudKitプライベートデータベースを通じて同期されることがあります。写真そのものは本アプリが保管・同期せず、端末の写真ライブラリを参照します。

運営者は、端末の故障、紛失、OSまたはiCloudの仕様変更、アプリの削除、ユーザー操作、写真の削除その他の事情によるデータの消失、同期遅延または表示不能について責任を負いません。

第13条（保証の否認）

運営者は、本アプリが常に完全、正確、安全、有用または中断なく利用できることを保証しません。空港の位置、名称、近接判定、訪問候補、写真情報、共有物および訪問回数等は参考情報であり、旅行または移動の事実を証明するものではありません。

第14条（責任の制限）

運営者は、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用または利用不能によりユーザーに生じた損害について責任を負いません。運営者が責任を負う場合であっても、法令上許容される範囲で、その責任はユーザーに現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害に限られます。

第15条（利用停止・サービス終了）

運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、または本アプリの提供継続が困難と判断した場合、本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または終了できるものとします。

第16条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Changes

The Developer may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.

3. Minors

Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App.

4. App features

The App lets you record airport visits, stamps, photos, trip names, and notes, and create images or videos for sharing. JOURNEY MAP uses Apple MapKit imagery to generate a chronological video of visited airports, photos, and stamps. Location-based check-in is an assistance feature that estimates whether the device is near an airport. It does not prove a flight, boarding, immigration status, or other travel fact.

Airport names, locations, regional classifications, scheduled-service status, and other airport information are based on public data and may not always be complete, current, or accurate.

5. Free region and existing records

New users choose one of nine travel regions in which new visits can be recorded for free. Users upgrading from the original Japan release receive East Asia as their free region.

Airports outside the free region remain available to browse and search. Existing visits, photos, and stamps—including records created before the update—remain viewable and editable regardless of the free region. Region definitions and selection behavior may change as the App and its data are improved.

6. Location and photos

You decide whether to grant access to your location and photo library. Suggestions based on past photos and generated shared content may vary according to photo metadata, device state, and other conditions.

You are responsible for having the rights needed for any photo, note, or other content you record or share and for respecting the rights, privacy, and laws applicable to others.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the data you enter, select, record, or share and for decisions made using the App. You choose and control each sharing destination, audience, and storage location.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not violate laws or public order, interfere with the App, infringe the rights of the Developer or another person, intentionally exploit a defect, or use the App for an unlawful purpose.

9. Pricing and In-App Purchases

The App includes free features and an optional one-time Pro purchase. Pro is a non-consumable In-App Purchase, not a subscription.

Pro unlocks new visit records in all nine travel regions and removes ads. All current sharing features are available without a paid limit, including photo and visit selection and video pacing controls.

The App Store and the purchase screen are the authoritative sources for current content, price, currency, storefront availability, and purchase terms. Purchases, payment, restoration, and refunds follow Apple’s App Store terms and procedures. A previous purchase can be restored in the App using the same Apple Account.

Existing Pro customers retain the one-time entitlement if the price or other sales terms change and do not need to purchase Pro again.

10. Advertising

The free version may display advertising provided by services such as Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for information about advertising data. Ads are not displayed while Pro is active.

11. Intellectual property

Rights in the App’s software, design, text, images, and other content belong to the Developer or the applicable rights holder. Rights in photos, notes, and other data you add remain with you or the applicable rights holder.

12. Storage and sync

Visit and passport information is stored on the device and may sync through Apple’s private CloudKit database when iCloud is available. The App references photos in your photo library and does not independently store or sync the original photo files.

The Developer is not responsible for data loss, sync delays, or unavailable photos caused by a device, operating system, iCloud, App deletion, user action, removal of an original photo, or another external condition.

13. Disclaimer

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will always be complete, accurate, secure, useful, or uninterrupted. Airport locations and names, proximity results, visit suggestions, photo data, shared content, and visit counts are reference information and do not prove travel or movement.

14. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Developer, the Developer is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to ordinary and direct damage actually incurred, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Suspension and termination

The Developer may suspend or end all or part of the App if you violate these Terms or continued operation becomes impractical.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the Developer’s location has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning the App or these Terms.
