本アプリは、読み上げられた名前を音声認識して回数を集計する機能を提供します。当社はユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、必要最小限のデータで運用します。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報・データの取り扱いを説明します。

1. 収集する情報と利用目的

本アプリはユーザーアカウント登録を必要としません。以下の情報を、ユーザーの同意のもと取り扱います。

1.1 音声入力・音声認識（オンライン処理）

• 内容：
  • マイクから入力された音声（発話）
  • 音声認識の結果テキスト（例：「山田太郎」）
• 目的：
  • 読み上げられた名前を認識し、登録済みの名前と照合して集計するため
  • 認識成功／失敗のフィードバック表示のため
• 処理の特徴（重要）：
  • 本アプリの音声認識はオンライン処理を基本とします。音声認識の処理はOSの音声認識機能（AppleのSpeech関連機能）により行われ、音声データが外部（Apple等）へ送信されて処理される場合があります。
• 保存：
  • 当社は、音声そのもの（録音データ）を当社サーバーへ保存しません。
  • 認識結果テキストは、集計のために端末内へ保存される場合があります（次項参照）。
• 注意：
  • パスワード等の機密情報、センシティブな内容は読み上げないでください。
  • 通信環境により認識できない、遅延する、結果が不正確になる場合があります。

1.2 端末内の登録名・集計結果・履歴

• 内容：
  • ユーザーが登録した名前、別名（読み方）、一致率判定に必要な設定
  • 集計カウント、実行履歴（例：いつ、どの名前が何回カウントされたか）
• 目的：
  • 集計処理、履歴表示、並べ替え、誤認識の手直し等の機能提供のため
• 保存：
  • 端末内（アプリのデータ領域）に保存

1.3 広告（Google AdMob）

• 内容：
  • 広告表示のために、Google Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob）が端末情報等を処理する場合があります。
• 目的：
  • 無料版の運営（広告表示）およびリワード機能提供のため
• 方針：
  • 追跡（トラッキング）に関しては、iOSのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）の選択に従います。
  • ユーザーが追跡を許可しない場合でも、本アプリの基本機能は利用できます。

1.4 アプリ内課金（App Store / StoreKit）

• 内容：
  • 購入状態（プレミアム購入の有無）を判定するための取引情報（レシート等）がOS標準の仕組みで処理されます。
• 目的：
  • 広告非表示、登録数・履歴上限拡張など、購入特典の付与／復元のため
• 保存：
  • 当社サーバーで購入情報を独自に保管することは基本的に行いません（App Storeの仕組みに従います）。

1.5 サポート・障害対応（ログ等）

• 内容：
  • 不具合調査のため、OSが生成するクラッシュ情報等（端末設定に依存）が利用される場合があります。
• 目的：
  • 品質改善・障害解析のため

2. 同意・権限（マイク／音声認識／トラッキング）

• マイク：
  • 音声入力のために必要です。許可しない場合、音声認識による集計機能は利用できません。
• 音声認識：
  • 音声をテキスト化するために必要です。許可しない場合、音声認識による集計機能は利用できません。
• トラッキング（ATT）：
  • 許可は任意です。許可しない場合でもアプリは利用できます（広告の関連性が変化する場合があります）。

3. 子ども（児童）に関する対応

• 本アプリは一般向けです（Kidsカテゴリを主対象としません）。
• 13歳未満の児童が利用する場合は、保護者の同意のもとで利用してください。

4. データの保持と削除

• 端末内データ（登録名／履歴等）は、ユーザーが削除するまで保持されます。
• 削除方法：
  • アプリ内で該当データを削除する
  • アプリをアンインストールする（端末内データが削除されます）
• 音声認識処理に伴い外部（Apple等）で取り扱われるデータの保持・削除は、各提供者の方針に従います。

The App provides a feature that uses speech recognition to count how many times spoken names occur. We respect users’ privacy and operate with the minimum data necessary. This Policy explains how we handle personal information and other data in the App.

1. Information We Collect and Purposes of Use

The App does not require users to create an account. We handle the following information with the user’s consent.

1.1 Audio Input and Speech Recognition (Online Processing)

• What:
  • Audio (speech) input from the microphone
  • Speech recognition output text (e.g., “Taro Yamada”)
• Purposes:
  • To recognize spoken names, match them against registered names, and tally counts
  • To display feedback indicating whether recognition succeeded or failed
• Processing Characteristics (Important):
  • Speech recognition in this App is primarily processed online. Recognition is performed using the OS speech recognition capability (Apple’s speech-related features), and audio data may be transmitted to external parties (such as Apple) for processing.
• Storage:
  • We do not store the audio itself (recorded audio data) on our servers.
  • Recognized text may be stored on the device for tallying purposes (see the next section).
• Notes:
  • Please do not speak passwords or other confidential/sensitive information.
  • Depending on the network environment, recognition may fail, be delayed, or produce inaccurate results.

1.2 On-Device Registered Names, Tally Results, and History

• What:
  • Names registered by the user, aliases (alternative readings), and settings required to determine match similarity
  • Tally counts and execution history (e.g., when and how many times each name was counted)
• Purposes:
  • To provide tally processing, history display, sorting, and features such as correction of misrecognitions
• Storage:
  • Stored on the device (within the App’s data storage area)

1.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

• What:
  • For ad display, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may process device information and related data.
• Purposes:
  • To operate the free version (display ads) and provide rewarded features
• Policy:
  • With respect to tracking, we follow the user’s choice under iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
  • Even if the user does not allow tracking, the App’s core features remain available (though ad relevance may change).

1.4 In-App Purchases (App Store / StoreKit)

• What:
  • Transaction information (such as receipts) used by standard OS mechanisms to determine purchase status (e.g., whether Premium has been purchased)
• Purposes:
  • To grant and restore purchase benefits, such as removing ads and extending limits (e.g., name registration limit or history limit)
• Storage:
  • We generally do not store purchase information independently on our servers (we follow the App Store mechanism).

1.5 Support and Incident Response (Logs, etc.)

• What:
  • For investigating issues, crash information generated by the OS (depending on device settings) may be used.

  • To improve quality and analyze incidents

• Tracking (ATT):
  • Optional. The App can be used even if not permitted (ad relevance may change).

3. Children

• The App is intended for general audiences (it is not primarily targeted to the Kids category).
• If a child under the age of 13 uses the App, please do so with parental consent.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• On-device data (registered names, history, etc.) is retained until the user deletes it.
• How to delete:
  • Delete the relevant data within the App
  • Uninstall the App (on-device data will be removed)
• Retention and deletion of data handled externally (such as by Apple) in connection with speech recognition processing are governed by each provider’s policies.

We do not sell or rent users’ personal data.
However, the App uses the following external services:
